Wade Olson is a member of the KDE e.V. and the KDE Marketing Working Group. He has been active in the KDE community for 5 years where he focuses on KDE 4′s branding and communication as the North American press contact. Wade recently helped host the KDE 4.0 Release Event at Google’s Mountain View Headquarters.
Professionally, Wade has been in the software industry for 14 years. He is currently a senior I.T. manager at UnitedHealth group, a Fortune 50 company. He leads software development teams that focus on distributed, high-volume Java Portal applications.
