Britten Martin is a Group Manager within Customer Service and Support (CSS) at Microsoft. His teams are in Commercial Technical Support segment working with many large enterprise customers. Britten also serves as the global sponsor of System Center Support (SMS and MOM). He started his Microsoft career in 2000 as a Support Engineer and has supported enterprise customers on Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows Server 2003. Since 2003, he has been in frontline and middle management positions within CSS. He is currently based in Charlotte, NC.
