Blaine Wastell is the Program Manager for the Client UX program at patterns & practices. As Program Manager, Blaine is responsible for delivering p&p client deliverables including the Web Client and Smart Client software factory as well as the newly announced Composite Client for WPF.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Blaine managed projects to develop large customer facing transaction web sites for multiple industries including software, building supply, shipping, and insurance. Blaine also facilitated the introduction and adoption of Agile practices for a department of 80 people at a local insurance company. Blaine enjoys building and growing teams that deliver on customers commitments.
