Why is PHP have no updates for almost 3 months?

Why the heck are you working with Microsoft, their server operating system SUCKS!!

Having a lot of issues when using windows.

I want to say welldone to you guys at Zend. I’m not a programmer or application developer but i do use opensource platforms such as Moodle and Drupal built on PHP, and i do have a very basic understanding of PHP and hoping to learn more about it. I would say one of the other key things that has helped PHP grow in popularity and adoption is the great documentation on php.net. Traditionally opensource projects have not been known for good documentation. PHP stands out with great language documentation.
