		<description>nice discussion. but lets not compare rails with php and java. one is a framework, the others languages that also happen to have frameworks and you can be very productive with them and do things right from the start....</description>

		<description>Open-source matters every day more. In our development experience, whenever we find a problem with Rails or any other framework it&#039;s easy to just open the source code and learn how it works. This would never be possible with closed software.</description>
