		<description>Having been involved in a handful of M&amp;A transactions from the operations perspective, I think it would have been very hard for the two business units to work together.  The software team at Yahoo would have been crushed by the Microsoft team because it was clear that they are the players.  It would be a great challance to be on the management team or even to have them as an important vendor right now.  It would have taken a year to sort out between them.</description>
